A centre by name "Regency Academy for Career Excellence" (RACE) has been set up in the college campus to provide coaching facility to prepare the students for Competitive Examinations, viz. Engineering Services, Central Services (IAS, IPS etc.), GRE, TOEFL, GMAT, GATE etc. The coaching in this centre is provided beyond college hours by specialized faculty.
Digital mentor, a self-learning program related to place Mentor, is installed in the computer lab. Its 500-hour courseware teaches language and communication skills, soft skills, workplace skills that HR executives consider essential for every prospective employee.
Mirror Workshops - This is most scientific way to access the strength helps to students in moulding their careers that suit the students most. The students need to take a behaioral test with 143 items. Mirror scientifically processes their answers and reveals their eight biggest strengths. Mirror also gives a detailed profile of an individual.
Through Mirror, they can access their proficiency level as an essential tool for success in today's world: reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary.
Map - teaches the students all the aspects of career planning by organizing career counseling workshops. Place Mentor's industry coordination team maps requirements of their networks companies and the students profile in consultation with Globarena. Based on the mapping, the students' resume will be forwarded to relevant companies.
