Gym
The richest area in Physical Education aimig to develop Personel & Physical qualities of body i.e.,self-confidence,courage,endurance,strength,power and Physique is that of GYM. This is an activity whih provides an oppourtunity to the people (he/she) to improve his/her muscles through different size of Weights and Machines.
It is having different patterns to train himself/herself. The following schedules shall be observed to follw:-
1.Strength Training
2. Speed Training
3. Size Training
4. Leg Training
5. Chest Training
6. Arm Training
7. Shoulder Training
8.Abdominal Training
9. Stretching etc.,
Gym is available for the students & faulty with latest machineries & trainer. The following equipment is provided:-
1)Four station machine: -
a. High lat pulley
b. Bench press
c. Butter fly
d.Adjustable abdominal bench.
2)Twister
3)Cycle
4)Manual Bench Press with 15kgs to 25 kgs weights.
5)Dands (Hasthi)
6)Dumbells - 2 kgs to 8 kgs weight.
7)Skipping Ropes - 4nos.
8)Parallel Bars - 2nos
9)Horizontal Bar - 2nos
