Dr. G.N.Naidu completed his graduation in Civil Engineering from the College of Engineering, Ananthapur.
There after he served in Government of Andhra Pradesh as a Civil Engineer from July 1964 to 1971. He was deputed for Post Graduation in Roorkee University, U.P..
In 1983 he promoted Regency Ceramics Limited. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Regency Group of Companies and Regency Group of Educational Institutions.
The Burkes University conferred on him the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management (Ph.D.) in 2003.
Indian Red Cross Society, AP State branch awarded Gold Medal in 2009 for help rendered in mobilizing resources for its various humanitarian activities.
He was awarded Bharata Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visweswaraya Award in 2006 by the Govt of AP for his outstanding contribution to the field of Engineering.
